Customer Reviews
I ordered and received the King Tour Pack from TCMT. Upon receipt, I noticed a blemish on the top of the Tour pack. Soon after, I notified TCMT support and told them about the issue and sent photos. Alex responded to my issue and helped me secure a replacement top. He also helped with tech support for the rear lights. It was great to deal with someone who was very courteous and professional. This company knows how to treat their customers and I highly recommend them for any parts you may need. Also, after completing the install I must say it looks great. If you have a 2024 Street or Road Glide, the tour pack lights match very well and look like they were designed to go with our models.
Alex and customer support have been GREAT! Very please with the King trunk touring pack. The mounting bracket was not originally shipped but Alex was very responsive and shipped one out asap. Great product and great customer service!!
Good Quality, better than expected
Trunk and backrest work well. There should be hardware including grommets and some kind of instructions on the size bolts to use, etc. The cutouts in the liner don’t make a lot of sense unless you want to take out every **** and put in thru liner. The trunk light electrical and retractable tether openings don’t fit and have to be cut around. Overall for the price it works and color matches. For a novice, it is a hit or miss if assembly is correct.
Great product and there is some assembly required but it looks great and functions properly.
