Quick service! Ordered on Saturday, received everything by Wednesday. Packaging was impressive, painted tour pack was wrapped in a flannel like reusable storage bag, then wrapped in a soft foam. Paint, chrome, fit and finish look great. First impression - I would definitely recommend and purchase again.
Installed it on a 2023 Harley-Davidson Street Glide, & road to the Sturgis Rally. Everything fit great & works well!

I love the thing. But did have two problems with ordering it. 1) they didn’t have the chrome rack. 2) the retractable line was broke.
The company resolved both issues. I’m grateful.
I have to admit I was a little skeptical about buying this since it was so much cheaper than brand name, but I was pleasantly surprised! It is good quality and seems like it should stand the test of time. The only issue I had was the marks where you're supposed to drill the holes for the luggage rack were about 1/2ish inch too high toward the backrest so it's not quite where it's supposed to be. My recommendation is to hold the rack where you're supposed to drill the holes and see where it's at and make the adjustment. At least it's straight which is the big thing, it's just not quite centered. Definitely not a deal breaker, it still looks good! Would buy again!
