Damping Setting Reference: First, turn the adjuster counterclockwise until it stops (this is position 0), then count the clicks while turning the adjuster clockwise to the desired setting.
Preload settings can be adjusted to suit riding preferences based on rider, passenger, and luggage weight. The following table is a reference for adjustment benchmark, you can make appropriate adjustments according to your weight and driving habits.

When adjusting the preload setting, it is best to keep the motorcycle suspended. Rider and passenger also need to leave the seat. Then follow the instructions in the diagram, loosen the safety screw first, then rotate the adjustment spring, and tighten the safety screw after adjustment.
