Received my pillion backrest, luggage rack and docking hardware in 3 weeks from China to Australia.
High quality parts with superb fit & finish. The staff were very helpful confirming part numbers for me & from my experience I wouldn’t hesitate buying from Tcmtco again.
I just wish they had an easier name to remember for when I’m telling friends lol.
I bought the chrome version. The backrest with luggage rack seems very well made and solid, and the fit on my 2017 Road King was perfect, and shipping was FAST! Surprising since the price was so much less than others. The only improvement I would make to the product is to include an illustrated instruction sheet - or online instructions. It doesn't come with any and there are none on the website. I had to refer to the web photos to figure out how the parts fit together, and had to guess the positioning of the internal tension springs. Fortunately, I am somewhat mechanically inclined - but others might have a difficult time with assembly. Other than that I'm very happy with the purchase.
Fit & finish are great, it was packed incredibly well for shipping, and adjusting the backrest angle for comfort is easy.
